This section will help you
determine how much monthly payment you can afford
so you can search for a home within that
price-range.
Once you have this figured out,
the next step is to find out your credit score.
But there are some things you need to know about
credit scores before you let people run your
credit. First, every time you apply for a loan of
any kind, you score is reduced by as much as 10
points. If you think your credit is questionable,
save having anyone run your credit until you have
found the right home.
Second, credit scores are not
the only component of getting a loan. You will
need 1 month's pay stubs, 2 years bank
statements, 2 year's tax returns with W-2's and a
properly filled-out application. I can help you
with the entire process by asking you a few quick
questions.
