These days, the foreclosure market is an obstacle course so you need someone who can navigate easily because she has experience; someone you can trust. Of course, that's me. I've spent the last 4 years dealing with foreclosures from every angle.

The foreclosure market is really an "after" market. By the time a home is listed as "foreclosed", it is already not as good a deal as "pre-foreclosures". It is within the pre-foreclosure market that the real deals are made. There are, however, stipulations when making these purchases that are different than purchasing a foreclosure that is already listed. You need someone who is experienced in finding and handling pre-foreclosures. Again, that's me!
